I know it's been asked a million times...if someone has a link from a pervious thread I'd be more than willing to look at that so this doesn't have to be discussed again, but...does anyone have a recommendation for a Pediatric Doctor in Ashburn?

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi! ;-)

We use Loudoun Pediatrics across from the hospital. They have been good to us. Sometimes a long wait, but they always get a sick kid in, and they have walk in hours in the morning. Also a large group so you can choose which doctors you like. Nurse line for phone calls too. Just let the hospital know when you deliver that they are your group. One of the docs will come see the baby in the hospital.

Capital Area Pediatrics' Ryan Park office is holding a Meet the Doctor session on Thursday, September 25 at 5:30.

Broadlands Family Practice!!! They are a family practice which means they see little ones too.

    They are wonderful!!!

I had to call the on-call doc this weekend and Dr. Renard was fantastic! Dr. Cohn is our family doc but we have seen some of the other doctors too, and we like them all!

    Two Thumbs Up for BFP.

Agreed with the thumbs up for BFP. Dr. Cohn is wonderful. My only concern is that the practice has, in my opinion, grown way too fast.

When it first opened up it was nice and small, Everyone knew you and the staff was able to focus on you and give you great service.

Since the expansion, things seem too impersonal. Staff members zip in and out trying to deliver good service to an increasing number of patients.

I still thing BFP is a good place to go, but I do miss the more personal times before the expansion.

We love them too but I don't think they are taking new patients at this time. My sister-in-law tried to get in and was told no at this time.

dr cohn is our family doc as well---he does a nice job with the kids. With the flu and what not being so big this fall, I actually prefer going to a family practice rather than a pediatric practice b/c 5000 kids in a waiting room all playing with the same toys makes me want to put rubber gloves on my own kids . . .
