Need Rec for teenage boy's haircut - where to go?

Now that our boy is 13 his hair style has become more important to him and the capabilities of the fine folks at the broadlands barbershop just won't cut it (ha!). Looking for a recommendation for someone who can better style/trim our son's hair to meet the requirements of a fledgling teenager looking for the right look.

I have two teenage boys and they both have longer hair...they are both very picky and we have found Lee at haircuttery in Ashburn Village does a great job.
