    Hi,

If I connect my computer(s) to the wall (data) they connect to internet without any problems. If I connect my Linksys router to the wall and try to connect to it from any computer at my house, I fail. I tried it with or without security, I cannot connect to my router. I called Cisco and they could not figure out the issue either. Do you know if anything recently changed with Broadband internet? Do I have to apply some new configuration to my router now? I was fine for the last 4 years.

    Broadband is the Internet provider.

A1A, I think your Internet Provider is OpenBand, not 'Broadband'.

If your provider is Openband, it could be a network based issue (NAT DHCP etc)
...at this point we need to open a ticket for the community. In the past few weeks I have logged several dozen complaints (both on the forums & emails) with folks having issues with a wireless device and lack of connectivity.

I am discussing the SOP with other SW HOA BoD members and will post accordingly.

Yes, it is OpenBand. Sorry about the mistake.
I guess it is better that numerous people
are experiencing this issue. Maybe a common
    solution can be found.

Have you tried doing a hard reset on the router? Some of the settings could have gotten messed up. On the back there is a small hole, press the button in until all the lights flash.
