It is on the main page of the LCPS website. They only listed elementary schools and it says if a middle or high school bus uses the streets listed then they won't be stopping either. There is nothing listed for Hillside and for Mill Run (and any MS or HS that stops here) they have the following streets listed where buses will not be stopping.
    MILL RUN ELEM
Glebe View Drive- South side of Turo Parish
Auroa Heights – Pick up at Turo Parrish/Auroa Heights

Transportation Update - Modified Bus Stops for February 16, 2010

At this time the following roads are impassable for all level (kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high schools) buses. If you reside on or meet the bus at any road listed below, please note the alternative stop provided. The bus stop times will remain as close to the same time as possible. Special needs transportation services are being handled on a case by case basis. Your transportation representative may be contacting you.

Please be advised if an elementary age student is not met at the modified bus stop by a parent or escort in the afternoon drop-off, the student will be taken back to school. Staff will continue to monitor the road conditions and will provide daily updates to these modifications.
There will be no after-school activity bus service this week. This is including bus service for SOL, Remedial and Thomas Jefferson High school after- school service.
Each of these bus stops are listed by the elementary school affected but it also applies to the middle and high school assigned to this elementary school.

Thanks for the post. I have been on the main page 10 times and still can not find it anywhere. Apparently everyone else is there looking too. Well it will be interesting watching the bus get down my street tomorrow.

what is interesting is that every other county is either a 2 hour delay or closed! It should be very interesting to watch the carpool line in front of Hillside- guess it will extend way down Claiborne! and the afternoon will be a disaster! it is already a nightmare in the afternoons with people parking all over the place. And what about the poor people who don't speak English or have internet access- guess they won't know about the alternate stops.

How are the busses going to make it down Chickacoan, or the little strip of Waxpool right in front of the entrance to ERMS? I was just there late last night.

Part of Hatrick's message justifying the one hour delay was that school would start after rush hour. Now the federal government is on a two hour delay.

Just saw plows at Briar Woods....looked like they were frantically trying to finish the parking lot. Oh, and watch out for the massive pot holes on Belmont Ridge!!

My husband is Fed Gov and he left at his normal time anticipating it taking him the 2 hours to get to work. I think that is why they gave the two hour delay.

That's right...it's not a two hour delay...it gives folks extra time to get in. They still have to be in (within two hours) of their normal arrival time.

Walked down Ellzey this am and saw a bus stuck on Ellzey for a good 15 minutes waiting at the stop signs where the exit from school bus lanes are -the road is only one lane that way and there was such a long line of cars trying to get past. The bus simply could not move and all those kids ended up late.
