We are moving to the Oak Cliffs/Kessler Park area - house built in 1939 and a 10 MINUTE COMMUTE - after 9 years of slogging into DC, very happy.

That's going to be a big neighborhood change from Broadlands. That neighborhood is very different. But the commute will be awesome and the houses around there have a lot of character.
