Home in Overland Park: 2 level Alderwood.

We are getting ready to put our house on the market. If you, or someone you know, are interested in the Overland Park area of Broadlands, we would prefer to give the realtor fee to the buyer rather than a realtor. Here are the details:

4 BR, 3.5 bath, 2800+ square feet on 2 levels (no basement, but a crawl space for storage). The Alderwood model is Van Metre and does not have a great room, which means a lot of room upstairs (large Master with separate office/nursery area, princess suite, large room, good size 4th BR and loft area). We back up to common area - mostly wooded (wetlands) and have added a fence and a deck. This was a spec home so there are a lot of great upgrades.
