any experience with LOUDOUN EYE ASSOCIATES?

Does anyone have any experience with LOUDOUN EYE ASSOCIATES? Dr. Richard Kao? They're the nearest (to SoutherWalk) I can find that accepts my vision insurance. They are located behind Giants/ near BeanTree Learning (in the Kaiser Permanente building).

Any comments would be appreciated. TIA.

 

My daughter and I have both seen them this year. I liked them. They fitted her out with contacts and it was a very easy process.

For my exam, Dr. Kao saw what he thought was lattice degeneration and a retinal hemorrhage. He advised I see an ophthalmologist. The ophthalmologist totally missed the hemorrhage until I pointed it out to him which impressed upon me how thorough Dr. Kao had been. He had misdiagnosed the lattice degeneration but from what I gathered that is a common occurrence. I liked that he didn't dismiss it as nothing to worry about and instead told me to see a specialist.

 

My family goes there and we love them. We have not seen Dr. Kao, but I know his partner Dr. Park is wonderful!

 

Try insight eye optique in Brambleton. They are fantastic.

 

We have gone to both Dr. Park and Dr. Kao. Both are good and we were pleased. I still vote for Dr. Hinkle at Ashburn Vision Care but my insurance changed....
