people who park at Overland Park make it difficult for other vehicles to pass through! there is plenty of parking on columbus and atherton and also near the tots playground. it'll make this road safer and you'll probably save people from grief not to mention your own if you avoid parking in this busy road.

yesterday going home from work, this $#@! driving a skyblue pacifica almost clipped my side mirrors. this $#@! couldnt wait for anyone to pass and thinks he can just ram right through the parked vehicles and incoming traffic. there are at least two vehicles who regularly park there - a maroon pt cruiser sedan and a deep red sienna minivan.

Unless they are parked in the fire lanes there is nothing that can be done about cars parking on the street. Street parking is considered acceptable and Overland Park is one of the wider streets in the area so it is made to accommodate both driving and parking. The good part is normally having cars parked on the street helps slow the flow of traffic thus limiting the speeding issues others are having around the community.
