My family & several of my neighbors from Ashburn Farm go there. The practice is very, very nice and so easy to deal with. Appts are always on time, the facility is upscale & comfortable, insurance payment processing is always a breeze & correct. You can watch TV while they work on your teeth with individual TV units. I've only visited Dr. Le and he is great - probably late 30s, great bedside manner, doesn't try to upsell but he is open to cosmetic requests, actually seems to remember me 6 months to 6 months. The best hygentist is Emily.

I used to go to Reston Dental Arts, and loved the dentists, but the actual practice was completely annoying - surly staff, waiting for appts, insurance was always wrong and they usually ended up owing me money that I had to fight for to get repaid, etc.

I think Ashbrook Center was on the Washingtonian list of top dentists, I think that is how I first noticed them and did research.

My husband and I were just there last week!

The office building is very nice and posh. Although I DO have to admit that it looks like it's in an empty building. I kept wondering if I was at the right place. I guess they built the complex and Ashbrook Center is the only occupant. But it's brand new, clean, and updated.

The hygenists were super, super nice even when they were jamming x-ray torture devices into my mouth (that part was a little uncomfortable, but I guess it always is). I had a girl named DJ (maybe? my memory might not be perfect) and a hygenist in training named Jennifer. They took a picture of my smile with a digital camera, then flashed the picture on a large television in front of my face. It was kind of awkward to see my teeth so up close and personal...and HUGE

Everyone was very kind and very gentle (two things I wanted from a dental clinic). The wait time was very short also, but there weren't many people there. I saw Dr. Grimmer. He was nice too, but he did try to convince me that I needed more work than I thought I needed (braces, etc.) And HE cleaned my teeth, which is different. I've only had the hygenist clean my teeth before. But he did a good job, and it was pretty much pain free  I'm going back next week to have a filling redone, so we'll see how they handle my fear of needles!

I kinda get the feeling that it's more of a cosmetic "get your teeth perfect" clinic then a "go get your teeth cleaned twice a year" clinic, but overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend it!

My husband and I both switched over there from Reston Dental Arts. We've both seen Dr. Grimmer, and yes, the practice is very nice :)
