What is going on with ALexander's Chase? What types of homes?

Anybody have a view

 

Alexander's Chase is an approved development East of Belmont Ridge and North of Croson for single family and townhomes - totaling just over 200 units. As planned, this is not part of Broadlands Association. A rep from Alexander's Chase had a previous discussion with an HOA board member and this is on the agenda in order to explore the possibility of this development becoming part of Broadlands.
