    I'm confused when people list houses but don't list things like MRIS numbers... or asking prices... or realtor contacts.. etc.

    We are For Sale by Owner at this point. That's why no realtor contact provided and no MRIS number. Just trying to get the word out within Broadlands community. We would be happy to provide further details to those interested via PM.

    Maybe because they are trying to sell it themselves so there is not realtor or MRIS number so they want people to contact them for the asking price

    I've had several inquiries about which elementary school district this property is in. The schools are Hillside, Eagle Ridge, and Briar Woods.

    Also, don't forget all the awesome trails that run throughout this side, playgrounds, and all of the other wonderful Broadlands amenities.
