About 340, SFH. We have a flagstone patio that's about the same size and if money were no object, I'd tear down the deck and increase the patio.

Mine is about 300 SqFt - SFH. I'm not getting any complaints about the size of my deck. I've heard if you trim the bushes around the deck, it will look bigger.

And yes it is a SFH.

Ummm, how can you have an upper AND lower deck on a townhouse?

If the lower one is ground level, it is not considered a deck.

Glad i could help! I also recommend using the composite materials for decking. I used the cheap planks you get at the Home Depot. The wood on my deck is not as hard as it used to be and I definately do not allow strangers on my deck now without protection.

When I was single, I was happy to have anyone on my deck, the more the merrier. Now that I am married with children, I often find myself on the deck alone.
