Contractor recommendations please!

We are looking into adding a deck onto our house as well fencing the yard. Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced, trustworthy and reliable (not necessarily in that order) contractor for either project? Thanks!

 

For the fence, call Armor Fence. They've done a lot of homes in Broadlands for a reasonable price. Ask for Mike Frames. www.armorfenceco.com or 703-361-1141. As for the deck, I can only say do NOT use Kenny Williams Construction. They were non-existant after completion (although the deck looks great) even though they provided a 'nice' warranty for regular repairs and whatnot.

 

We JUST had Armor Fence redo a side fence between our house and our neighbors late last week. They did a spectacular job and did not charge us extra for the removal of the old fence like the other two estimates tried to (and we're talking 185 feet of old fence). K.C. was our estimator/ go-to guy. I would highly recommend them. You're welcome to come by and see their work if you'd like-PM me for the address.

 

We used Armor for our 2nd story deck, fence, and first story wood patio -- K.C. is very straight forward and Armor's price cannot be beat! Everyone who visits compliments us on the quality, too. If you are interested, I can send you KC's cell number.
