Wanted runners - either beginner or getting back into it

Hi

I am a stay at home mom who is desperate to get back into running, but its impossible to do this during the day with the children etc. I am finding it easy to make excuses not to go on my own, so if there is anyone out there who is looking at getting back into running or wanting to start running, and can do it early in the morning, or after around 7pm, please pm me. Nothing too adventurous in distance - around 3 miles would be great (especially if its in the morning ) so we are staying local to Broadlands.

Okay, i am thinking that the lack of response is due to my subject title, and so would like to apologize as it may have been abit misleading.

I have seen lots of people out exercising which is why i put up my original post, but i am no way a runner...more of a jogger and would love to have a jogging/walking partners(s) who can do either early mornings or late evenings. Please pm if interested and thanks...

 

You should join the running group at Potomac River Running. They go out every Tuesday evening @ 6:30pm with a group of runners of all paces.
