    We had our daughter there for a brief period of time. Terrible. Very unfriendly environment. Whenever I go to pick her up in the evening, the teacher won't be there and the assistants will be there. They can't speak any English and had a tough time. Moved her out right away. On top of that, there was an incident where an attendant violently shook a baby/child and the management did not report the incident. Media got involved. I wouldn't recomment though.

    Then, can anyone recommend a good daycare place (apart from BeanTree) for a 4 year old?

    We've had very good experiences with both the Broadlands KinderCare (on Waxpool) and Ashburn Village KinderCare. The best thing for you to do is visit the centers you are considering and take a tour. Ask questions and be sure to meet the teachers. You'll get a good feel for them if you take the time to visit. We probably looked at a half dozen centers when we moved to Ashburn four years ago.
