I'm looking for a recommendation for a good physical therapy and/or sports medicine place somewhere between Ashburn and Reston, can anyone recommend one? I've got what I think is a hip flexor issue that is getting worse and I think it's time to call in the pros.

I have used Art Bronsord at State of the Art Physical Therapy in Ashburn and compared with others I'm very happy with him and his staff in helping me recover from a knee injury. http://www.ptbyart.com/

I thoroughly recommend Andrew Dombek at AID Performance Physical Therapy located over by IHOP. He's done a phenomenal job helping me rehab my knee after surgery.

He offers appointments as early as 7am and as late as 7pm, which really helps if you don't work locally.

Resurrecting this thread. Anyone have experience with either Physiotherapy in Ashburn or BioMechanic Physical Therapy in Lansdowne?

For my rotator cuff problems, I used the Rehab center of Fairfax Family Practice center in Fair Oaks Mall...had a lot of success with them. Would use them again if I need to. Good luck!

I have used BioMechanic Physical Therapy. They were very good and the staff was very nice.

I would second this practice. I used Art and his staff for a very long rehab and I never had to wait for my appointment, everyone was pleasant, friendly and very helpful. If I ever need PT services for my kids, wife or myself I know that I will not think twice about calling Art.

We had issues with both Biomechanic and AID Performance Physical Therapy. We've had a great experience with Sport and Spine in Reston.
