Loudoun Hounds - Kincora Village

My understanding is that the Loudoun Hounds, a Minor League Baseball team, are to begin play at a new stadium in Kincora Village (Rts 28 and 7) sometime in 2012. Does anyone know if the stadium is currently under construction ? If so, can it be seen from either 28 or 7 (or some other location)?

 

The Hounds posted a response to a similar question on their Facebook site about a month ago:

Loudoun Hounds Steven, we're still on track for 2012. There'll be an announcement in July with more details, so keep your ears perked up for that! June 28 at 10:54am

I haven't seen any update since, and haven't seen any construction.

I had heard that the ground breaking was supposed to take place last April but I'm not sure what the status is. Link to the Loudoun Hounds website has some decent video of the proposed park.
