Having moved here in October of last year, we are still finding out new things. Because of the rabid fan base for Cafe Opera we hadn't tried any other Chinese. Finally we had enough with dried out meat, orange chicken with no sauce and general disappointment (just saying what our experience was, not looking for a fight here) and tried Happy Chopsticks last night.

We regret not trying it sooner. It was everything we hoped it would be. The order was twice cooked pork, orange chicken, red curry and lo mein. As I sit here finishing up the rest of the twice cooked pork for lunch today I have to say we were extremely impressed and are definitely happy to make the switch. I'm excited for the next time Chinese comes up during dinner roulette.

Happy Chopsticks is good, I like their dumplings a lot. Asian Spice in Brambleton is also very good if you want a little healthier alternative. They use very fresh vegetables and the sauces are a little lighter. Their sushi is good too.
