    Is anyone looking to rent a Single Family home in the broadlands area or even own a rental property in Ashburn area as well? Have a friend that is looking to move into the area with a family.

    PM me if you know of any or have property available to rent. I'll pass them onto my friend. Thanks to all who respond.

    Under "Property Type" pick "Residential Rental". Having just been through this here's some advice;

    You do NOT have time to think. Take your check book and be prepared to jump. We saw properties go on the market Saturday at 0900 and by 1200 had three applications.
