Need Advice Interior Decorator/Organizer?

Can anyone recommend an interior decorator, or does anyone know a promising interior design student? Basically, we just need help figuring out how to lay out our kids' playroom, which is currently a mess. So, we need help figuring out where to put the furniture and how to keep the toys semi-organized. My mom suggested that we hire a decorator and just pay the hourly rate to have him/her give suggestions. So, it's not going to be a big project where we're going to be choosing paint, fabrics, etc. We just need help
