I wanted to post in here now that we've had our son's birthday party at Pizza Go Round. Overall, I highly recommend it for parties. I really feel like we got a great deal for our money. It was more affordable than the bouncy type places. We had ten 8 year old boys running around and they all had a blast. I knew going into it that the games took quarters, rather than tokens. What I didn't realize is that some of the games took 50 cents, and some were a dollar, so we blew threw quarters faster than I expected. But still, it ended up being affordable.

They were very flexible with the menu for us and I really appreciated that. The kids devoured the pizza and pasta and overall had a wonderful time.

This is a good place and I hope they do well. Is it the best food in town? No. But it's good for the price, they have a great selection for a good price on their buffet (which we did last weekend when the carnival was in town) and their kids' parties really were great. Yeah... the prizes were pretty darn cheesy, but whatever... in my mind that's really secondary. Even if there were no tickets to win and no prizes to claim, it would still be great for the kids.

We had our party there too and the kids had a blast!
My only complaint is also about the games. I expected some to be .50 but most seemed to be at least that. They did offer an extra $5 in quarters for each $20 you buy. I bought $40 worth for 8 kids and it went FAST.
When all was said and done, it was around $100 including the quarters I bought so I was happy. We had an entire pizza left over!
At the Funds On website, pizza go round had a $10/$20 coupon. It's not available anymore, but keep checking because sometimes you see those things repeat.
I thought the pizza was pretty good. It had a good garlic flavor to it. Still haven't tried the buffet, but what I saw looked good. Not too much on it, however it's all very fresh looking so it looks like they have a few things up at a time and replace fresh rather than in larger batches like CiCi's where they keep it under the buffet.
They had what looked like a couple of kinds of garlic knots too. Yum!

Went there a few weeks ago with our 7 y.o. for a casual afternoon getaway. Ordered a half & half pie, but they ended up bringing a single by accident. Manager on duty went about and beyond to make sure the young one was well cared for - unlimited buffet for him, half a pie to go (plus the extra half of my pie i wasn't expecting) and 20% off... I was floored, and felt a little guilty for the accomodations .. but appreciated the responsiveness and desire to make it right.

Pizza was awesome... definately a fan here.

For those of you who had parties there, did you decide to decorate the party room? I'm trying to decide if I need to buy decorations. I'm guessing that maybe the kids won't care.

I didn't decorate. I brought in a few balloons, knowing 8 year old boys wouldn't notice anything anyway!

We just brought a balloon bouquet and tied a balloon to each chair. I guess it adds to the wow factor of a kid walking into a party room but it's not really necessary. They told me too that if you wanted to bring your decorations to them, they'd set things up for you.

We really like this place and they have very friendly staff and management. Wife and I take our 2 year old here a couple times a month.

It's a great alternative to Chuck E Cheese: closer, cleaner, cheaper, better food IMO (all you can eat). The wings are really good. Only downside would be less games due to its size.

Definitely worth checking out if you haven't been yet.

also forgot to mention that kids 2 and under are free... so for us it is just $16 total. We usually spend another $10 on the games. Great value and entertainment for just $26.

Lots of coupons around too. From the money mailer and one other place (I think the clipper magazine?) They both have a free kids buffet per adult buffet and a 20% off coupon.
One of them has a buy $20 in quarters get $5 free. They offer this automatically for parties and it was very helpful. We spent $40 for quarters and got $50 worth (it really wasn't enough for 8 kids but still).

Don't forget when comparing to CiCi's that they charge extra for soda, so this is really a better deal. I wish they had more dessert at PGR, but I can deal :)
