LA Boxing

Noticed a sign for LA Boxing in the Safeway shopping center. Looks like it is going in where the old anytime fitness used to be.

I'm not sure if they are moving their current Ashburn location to Broadlands or if this will be a second location.

I hear it is an intense workout but have never tried it myself.

 

Was very excited...it is a great workout, and if run by the same group in the other location should be a fun workout too!!

Looking forward to the new location being just a little bit closer!

 

wow- less than 3 miles from the OTHER one? who owns those- Harris Teeter??

i've worked out there before and it's VERY intense and effective. definitely a great way to shake up or jump start a routine!

 

I called them today and was told that the current location is moving and they should be here in Broadlands by November.

I was quoted a price of $54/month. Not sure if they will have any deals like Gold's did when they first opened. That seems high but if the workout is as good and motivating as everyone says it may be worth it.
