    Can you please recommend reliable and economic HVAC company which will perform annual maintenance on AC, Heater and Humidifier.

    We have used this guy a couple of times for needed repairs and he is good. You don't feel like you are getting ripped off like some of the bigger companies that are always trying to "upsell". http://rudolphshvac.com/
