Need Recommendation for Local Dentist (for implants)

Hi all,
Have been reading the Board for years, new to posting. Need help! As you can see from the title, seeking a recommendation for a local dentist who has implant experience. Prefer to have everything done in one office. Likely will have several implants, all upper.
I have been to Dr. Ruparelia at Cascades Dental for an exam and treatment plan. I have a very good feeling about him but the work is both extensive & expensive, so I'd like to get a second opinion before I decide. I'm in Broadlands but anywhere around here is fine.

My son had an implant done. Not sure if you will be able to do it in one place since it requires surgery as well as dentist work. The implant surgery was done by Dr. Maharaj. They have offices in Lansdowne and Chantilly. Number is (703)723-7858.
I highly recommend him.

 

My mom got the implants done from Dr Anu Beri at Fusion Dental. They are at the intersection of Claiborne Parkway and Ashburn farmwell. She consults at couple of dental offices in NoVA. My mom was very impressed with her work.
