When we ordered pizzas to go today, I asked what type of cheese is used on the pizzas (yes, we admit we're picky pizza eaters). I was told mozzarella. Perfect!
We soon figured out by smell & taste that their pizzas have a romano/mozz blend. I called the manager to let him know of the situation. He was very kind and quickly gave us a store credit (for subs next time around!)
In a nutshell, problem resolved quickly with great customer service!

Tried their pizza (plain cheese) and Italian sub. Not a big fan - pizza was very mediocre - Scottos, Manhattan Pizza, Sals are, in my opinion, better. Sub was ok, slightly better than the pizza, but still pretty mediocre. Given all of our options in this area for that type of food, we won't be back.
