We are looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom town home in the Broadlands. Planning on settling in the May-June timeframe.

We really like this community. Any help would be appreciated.

We may be moving to the west coast during that time period. We are a 2 car end unit that was a model when the community was first built, price in the low 4's.

You can look up what homes have been selling for on my website: www.sgcrealestate.com Just click on the "Find Sold Prices" tab and enter the address. Do NOT click on the condo/townhouse section, leave it on single family and they will all come up except for the condo ownership ones. Let me know if you have any questions or need any assistance.

    Thank You,

    We used redfin and

    before we bought.

Asking on the forums is a clever idea though, I wonder if anyone has had any luck with that.

Realtor percentages are too high (spoken as a non-realtor of course). Pet peeve especially with the lousy pics some of these realtors use in the listings. Remember those percentages are negotiable...

    Great neighborhood/people/HOA/etc. Good luck!
