Wanted New Family Looking for Broadlands Home

Hi everyone!
My family and I are moving to the Ashburn area in the coming months. After looking at several areas, we have decided that we would love a home in the Broadlands community. We love the look, the feel, the schools, and everything about the area. If you know of a home for sale, or one that may soon be on the market, please let me know! We are looking for a single family home with at least 4 bedrooms. We have two small boys so a nice yard for them to play in would be great too.

There is a beautiful home coming on the market, soon, on Ridgeway Drive[/FONT][FONT=georgia,serif][/FONT][FONT=georgia,serif]. There actually is not a house currently available on Vestals Gap; one that was listed [/FONT][FONT=georgia,serif] just went under contract after only 8 days on the market (it had 4 BR/4.5 BA). There is one on that street that is coming on the market, soon; I'll find out more about it. [/FONT]

New member here and reviving an old thread. If there are any new homes coming up in broadlands, we are interested. We have two kids, so need a large home.
Looking to move by next summer (latest), just in time for the school. I am open to direct sale as well as with a realtor.
