    That's a shame - we are also on Tithables and had no interruption in service at all. Must very localized.

    Thanks for the post. I called Verizon back and told them that there were others on our street that had service. After an hour on the phone, they agreed to send someone out. Arrived this morning and now we have service. Seems like they worked on some other folks down the street on Monday and forgot to reset something that included us in the stream. This could've been taken care of Monday morning. Had it not been for your post, I wouldn't have started this until tomorrow afternoon. THANK YOU.
