We have been to Glory Days many times but tonight was just downright horrible. We arrived at 8:14 and left at 9:35, party of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids). We were seated right away and our orders were in before 8:30.

For 30 mins no one communicated with us. The manager, if there was one on duty, did not come by the table to check on us. Around 9:00, the waitress came by to state the kitchen was backed up--really?! There may have been 5 other booths occupied and about 8 people at the bar AND our orders went in 30mins ago. Around 9:10 the food arrived.

Again, a manager was not walking around, checking on patrons - our waitress was also not very visible. We ordered a 1/2 rack of ribs for our son. It was suppose to be the adult serving. A second set of ribs was ordered but it was kids size (4 ribs). When we reviewed the bill, we were charged for an adult size yet received a kids size. I went and found our waitress and she seemed to agree, and went to find the manager. They reduced the bill but one would think that the manager would have come out to apologize for the mistake, delay in service - something.

I don't know if our order got lost, put in late, or maybe they had one cook on duty struggling to figure it all out, but at the end of the day, the staff needs to communicate sooner rather than later. I hope things get sorted out because we normally enjoy our time there.

It's not a valid reason, but things may not be normal around there since 2 of their other locations are/were out of power. So they may have people dealing with that instead of restaurant service here.

Glory Days is a HOT MESS. We were there a week ago this past Saturday and received the same kind of service. The food took forever to come out, and when it did, was cold ... the inexperienced server hid in the back and we hardly ever saw him ... the manager was walking around but certainly not coming by tables to see how things were going. How this place stays open is beyond me. Never again will they take my money!

We have been many times to GD and the service has never been truly bad. A slow night here and there but nothing too terrible. Service at the bar is typically faster on slower nights when they have less servers.

Yeah same here, I'm pretty surprised anyone has had that bad of service there. Its been slow here and there, but nothing any worse than anywhere else. The food has always been excellent.

Well, take-out is consistent...consistently inaccurate. It is very unusual if my order is complete or correct. Something is always missing or I have a wrong item. I do still get take-out there since we lost some restaurant options in the last year, but I have cut back because GD does not seem to have made any effort to improve.

we've stopped going there, last time we went it took 30 minutes to get a check, after asking for it several times. I finally got up and told the manager that I was leaving and if he wanted to get paid, he better have a bill for me before I hit the door. He was a little taken back by that, and asked how long I had waited, I told him about 30 minutes, and he confirmed and apologized to me. They have really gone down hill since the other manager left, I think he's at Clydes now. Plus the food is less than satisfactory. I will say on a side note, the Original Steak house has really improved, so much so that I will spend my dollars there before Glory Days.

Not every time, as it doesn't seem to do much lately. The last time, the server told me that he would tell the manager of the mistake (wrong food item and that I was waiting for the right item to be prepared) and he put in the correct order. I saw the server tell the manager (I guess I can't be sure what he told him) as I was waiting at the bar for my order to come out again. The manager did not come over to speak with me.

The problem is if we end up losing Glory Days - a doctor's office will probably end up in that spot. It's a crime we can't get a decent restaurant that isn't overpriced in that shopping center to anchor the endcaps with outdoor seating. I am not a fan of GD. If you are looking for a beer and an app it's not a bad place. They never seem to be busy so how do they stay open? I don't wish ill will of them. Heck, I want them to succeed because I can bike and/or walk there and there but the service is slow, the food has gone down hill, and there are many options (albeit further away) in Ashburn.

There is a new kitchen person in the back, and the food quality I think is on the mend...I know the past couple of times I have eaten there the food has been better than it has in years past.

I have not had any issues with the food quality (it's a sports bar restaurant, not a gormet restaurant), just the attention to detail for take-out orders. I like sports bar food, so I haven't given up on them. However, I don't take-out from there as frequently as I had in the past.

The Stone Ridge location is just as bad when it comes to slow service.

I don't expect gourmet food from Glory Days but frankly I find the food bland and over cooked. You know it's bad when the kids don't even like the Mac and cheese. I have had maybe some apps that were ok but that's it. I find the food at the Steakhouse or Finnegan's decent.

We have gone with and without our neighbors. It's really too bad that the quality of the food and service are so inconsistent. We won't be going their either.

Glad Rubino's is there now. Great new york style pizza!!! We wish Rubino's well! Check them out if you haven't already.

Business had been getting slower and slower. The demise of the start of hockey did not help either. IMO, they had a decent Caps crowd many nights.

Sad to hear. It was great to see that building completely leased out for a short while anyway. It's a shame to see them go.
