Need Advice Disneyland Paris????

Has anyone been to Disneyland Paris? Any advice you can share would be greatly appreciated!!

 

I haven't been but some UK family members recently visited and they were blown away by it (the cleanliness for one thing, unless you live in some of the larger towns of Britain, i don't think you can quite appreciate what a difference "clean" makes). I don't have much advice I'm afraid, they came from the UK and took the Eurostar which goes directly into the park I believe. They stayed several days at a hotel onsite - apparently that was the better deal.

 

We were there 10+ years ago when our children were very young. We stayed in the Sequoia Lodge and really enjoyed it. We were able to walk to and from the park as well as to family restaurants. I would recommend staying on property if possible.

 

I was there in 2002, and back then it wasn't as clean as the U.S. park in Orlando. But I definitely agree that you should stay on the property.

 

I stayed in Paris with my 11 years old for a week ten years ago. Euro disney is a straight shot on the subway/train. It is not near as large as Orlando/Disney but it was nice. My 11 yr olds favorite part of the trip was the Louvre.

 

I've not been to Disneyland Paris. All I can say, though, is that the one and only time I was in Paris, I found it very easy to get almost anywhere. The city seemed as safe (if not more so) as NYC, DC, Philly, etc., & I'd have no qualms about staying within the city with my own children.

We were there for a week and I could have stayed for a year! I don't know how often you go to Paris, but if it's not often, staying in the city is really incredible.
