I did a search first but didn't find anything current and a lot can change in a few years!

We are exploring movers or at least labor help for a local move in Ashburn. Any suggestions?

    Many thanks!

We used JK movers and one other company I can't remember. JK was recommended to us by our realtor (granted this was a number of years ago), but we also use them at work as I see their boxes and trucks occasionally.

We used Two Guys and a Truck and had a fine experience (we actually used them twice since we had a double move). They were definitely reasonable compared to a few other quotes we got.

We used http://campbellmoving.com/. They rocked and were cheap. Even though we only moved about half a mile, they still took the time to carefully wrap every single piece of furniture. Plus they didn't dent a single wall in our townhouse, that in itself was amazing.
