    Registration starts OCTOBER 11th for Athletic Revolution of Ashburn Soccer/Lacrosse/Fitness highly anticipated and very popular WINTER Skills &Developmental Clinics.     2.5 This class is to expose a variety of motor skills in a way that is fun and introducing soccer fundamentals such as: dribbling, balance, hand eye coordination, running, kicking, and social interaction through games. 9:00-9:50 (M,W,F), 11:00-11:50 (T, TH)

    Soccer Strikers 2.5- 5years This class is to expose a variety of motor skills in a way that is fun and introducing soccer fundamentals such as: dribbling, balance, hand eye coordination, running, kicking, and social interaction through games. This class will also introduce passing, proper kicking techniques, teamwork, and soccer rules of the game. 11:00-11:50 (M,W,F), 1:00-1:50 (T, TH), 9:00-9:50 Sat

    Fun and Fitness 18months -2.5 This class is to increase motor skills through a variety of sports in a way that is fun and developing rudimentary loco motor (e.g. Running, jumping, hoping, leaping) and object manipulation/control (e.g. throwing, catching, striking, kicking)such as: dribbling, balance, hand eye coordination, running, kicking 1:00-1:50 (M,W,F), 9:00-9:50 (T, Th), 8:00-8:50 Sat

    AR- Discovery 6-9yrs Creating A Champion The purpose of this phase is to introduce participants to a wide spectrum on non-specific exercise stimulus that aids in the natural development of coordination habits. Athletic Revolution Coaches utilize the principle of ‘Outcome-Based Coaching’ which allows young participants to learn the physical skills of excercise through an experimental and self-discovery based means. 4:00-4:50 (M,W,F), 4:00-4:50 (T, TH), 9:00-9:50 Sat

    AR- Exploration 10-13yrs "Transitioning To Champion Not unlike the ‘Discovery’ phase of the Athletic Revolution Developmental Model, ‘Exploration’ is based on young participants establishing ‘athletic intelligence’ through a carefully planned programming structure that allows them to learn and comprehend both simple and complex motor skills via explorative play.

    Unlike ‘Discovery’ however, ‘Exploration’ also includes an educational portion within which Athletic Revolution Coaches breakdown and instruct participants on specific aspects of exercise execution.

    This transitional phase allows young participants to bridge the gap from a play model of fitness to a more programmatic structured version." 5:00-5:50 (M,W,F), 5:00-5:50 (T, TH)

    LAX Skills - Girls 6-10yrs This class is to expose a variety of motor skills in a way that is fun and introducing LAX fundamentals such as: cradling, passing, shooting, dodging, hand eye coordination, running, kicking, and social interaction through games. This class will also introduce proper LAX techniques, teamwork, and LAX rules of the game. 6:00-6:50 (T, TH), 11:00-11:50 Sat

    Speed and Agility ALL AGES This class is to increase speed and agility working on deceleration, acceleration, strength and power skills sets, mobility, flexibility to increase athletic fitness and performance. 10:00-10:50 Sat

    AR-Transformation 14+ Becoming A Champion The ‘Transformation’ phase is where more concerted training application takes place. Whether the goal is sporting excellence, fitness, wellness or obesity prevention, this portion of the Athletic Revolution Developmental Model is based on solid execution and fundamental training habits so that each participant can maximize their respective goals. 8:00-8:50 (M,W,F)

    Boot camp adults Boot camps for adults will include core strength, fitness, and cardiovascular development. Ideal for abs, core and functional strength. 8:00-8:45am (T, TH)
