Disappointed in Broadlands Pizza

    So I order subs tonight and specifically say WITH fries. Pick subs up and ask "fries are in here right" and they say yes. Get home... No bleeping fries.

    Go back they admit they made a mistake and then say "how would you like to pay for that?" Now I ordered fries and they confirm fries - just because you forgot to add them to my order how s that my fault?

    Well how about some friggin customer service and say sorry you had to come back and here are the fries instead of saying more money please!?!?!

    Probably the last visit there!!!

    I'm with Brian. If you have to go back, the dang fries should be free. If it were my store, your whole order would have been free, or you'd get a coupon to come back again.

    have to agree.....issue isnt the fries stand alone...it is as a customer, the place is just not appealing to go to, that simple...

    By the way I would be annoyed as well....when you get home and are ready to eat your meal and your side dish just isnt there....

    Sorry to hear about the missing fries. That definitely is annoying! We really like Broadlands Pizza and have never had a bad experience/service there for the past 9 years. They still have the $7.99 Large Cheese Pizza on Monday evenings too which we find is a great price for a pizza of that size.
