McDonalds at SW

    Never again will I go to this McDonalds; third bad experience, I just don't get it! I was in the drive thru for over 15 minutes waiting to order, pay and receive my food with only one other car ahead of me. I ordered a Fish Filet with extra tartar sauce and received NO tartar and no cheese!!! Very dissatisfied and I will travel the extra few minutes to go to the other one!!! UGH!:censored:

    Did you bring this up to mgmt? Just wondering? I had a bad experience a couple months back and received a free meal. I believe the receipt has the folks that actually own it as a contact person too.. Understand - I had bad service too - but bad service cant be fixed if youre not telling them about it

    I found the service at SW to be more reliable than the Ashburn Farms location. Speed at both is comparable.

    I prefer the SW location to Ashburn Farm as well. Ashburn Farm one is a nightmare. And it seems like the SW one hires some local teenagers as well.

    I can honestly say that I do not think I have ever had an issue at the SW location. I do not order much for myself, but with 2 young children.......

    Didnt realize the order was wrong till we got home...tried to call twice but no answer...sent an email through the McDonalds site...

    I've always had good experiences with this McDs. However, I learned my lesson many years ago to always check my order before pulling away from any fast-food place. I don't think it's an issue specific to any one chain or location.

    this reminds me of the time my co-leader and i took our GS troop through the drive through at mcdonalds after a night of camping. we ordered burgers with cheese only and when we got to my house to eat them we all one by one discovered that, literally, the burgers all had cheese (and bun) only, no burger. we live right up the street so we went back and fixed it- just a funny communication problem. but it was quite hilarious and the girls still tell the story..."where's the beef?!?!" :)

    Been to this McDonald's scores of times since it has opened and have not once had a problem with an order, whether eat in or carry out.

    My only complaint about this McDonald's is that their shake machine seems to break a lot, usually when I get the urge for one of them. Never had a problem with the drive through; unlike Wendy's where they often seem to have a problem with "lettuce and mayo only".

    I too have had issues with this McDonalds. Along with the random drive thru problems, I particularly don't like the fact that I can never get Ice Cream after 9pm for a late night snack unless its a saturday night. I always have to go to Ashburn Farm whenever we want McFlurrys. Very Frustrating
