Wanted Looking for House to buy...

We have recently sold our townhouse in Broadlands and are looking to buy a single family house preferrably in Broadlands South. Our oldest child is currently at Mill Run and loves it, so ideally we would like to keep the same school, but may be open to a new school for the right house. We are working with a realtor so we have seen what is currently listed although there is not much! If anyone is thinking about moving in the near future, please feel free to contact me. We have until Mid May, but may be able to make arrangements to extend our current living situation. Thanks!

 

There is a "Coming soon" sign at 21520(?) Glebe view dr. There's also a pocket listing a few houses up that your realtor may not know about since its not on mls. In the MRES zone. Good luck.
