Anyone have experiences with Roofer911 doing warranty work for them? In another thread, I recommended him based on his prompt response to come out and do the repair (here same day). I am not having the same luck getting him to come out and do warranty work on the same repair that didn't get fixed the first time. I heard from one other person with the same problem and just wondered if there are others.

Did he come out and do the repairs? He responded to my initial email the same day and told me he would have his foreman call me. He has ignored me since them - emails and phone calls. The damage is worse now than before he made the initial repair.

Yes - he came out the same day and then had people at our house the next morning to make the repair. They even replaced a few loose shingles while they were up there at no charge. We've had to call him a few times and he is always very responsive and has someone at our house pretty quickly. I'm sorry you're having such a tough time. It's not at all like the experience we have had with him.

I heard he's just a sale guy. Who has a few sub's working for him. I also heard he doesn't even step on to the roof to trouble shoot the problem. Give's estimates for the ground. How can you do that? Try Roger Contreras -owner operator licensed & insured 571-263-5461

Was this for new work or rework (coming back to fix his initial work)? For new work, the posts report quick response by Roofer911. DanAngie seemed to have issues getting Roofer911 back out for warranty work.

It was after the initial work. It was after the initial work and then again for another problem. I've been really impressed with them, both Steve and the people he has working for him. He came in with his thermo scan thing, identified where the water was coming from - I can't recall if he went on the roof, but he was able to fix 2 separate problems that 3 other roofing companies couldn't. One wanted us to order a new, custom skylight. Yeah, big $$. In the emergency, he got back to us right away, came out the same day and had someone on our roof, fixing it the next day. I've recommended him to several people.

I should say in the emergency, he got back to us right away, came out right away and had someone on our roof fixing it that same day (before another storm came through). The non-emergency work he had someone fixing it the next day.

    Hi Dan,

I just noticed your comment posted here on the Broadlands months later and I must say, this is very unusual. Warranty work is always considered a priority with us and is dealt with immediately!

We were very happy with the work. At first we thought the price was a little high but they here for 2 days to fix a design flaw on the roof and ended up moving the dryer vent vent. If you have a Landan from Washington homes that leaks between the laundry room and bedroom over the garage with a large rain or snow, call these guys and have it fixed before it causes real damage.
