Swim Lessons!

Hi all,
I am offering professional and affordable private and group swim lessons at any local pool for all ages and experience levels. I work at all the Broadlands pools, can travel to your own pool, or am willing to go to any gym's pool or other neighborhoods pool if you can get me in with a guest pass.

A lesson is 30 minutes; 30$ for a private lesson, 20$ per child for a group lesson.

Related work experiences include swim instructor at Potomac Swim School for 3 years, volunteering as a coach for 3 years with the Broadlands Piranhas, 12 years of swimming for the Piranhas, 12 years of competitive swimming on year-round teams, and 4 years on the BWHS Varsity Boys swim team. I am now a student at UVA and play on the water-polo team there. This is my third summer offering lessons with current CPR, AED, and lifeguarding certification.

My 6-year-old son - who is starting essentially from scratch - has had 3 lessons so far with Steffen and is enjoying them immensely. He's made great progress under Steffen's calm, patient direction.
