    We used a company that came highly recommended from a friend. They charge an hourly rate and they don't upcharge the materials. We had them replace three gable vent covers and paint our rusty looking chimney. Saved about $250 over the other estimate I got. They finished an hour earlier than they had estimated as well. The info I have is S and S Handyman- Stephen (540) 683-0470. Your mileage may vary! We had a good experience with them though.
