Last month, in Las Vegas, I was recognized as the US National Rookie Manager of the Year for Domino's Pizza. If I had been running the store for the entire year, I believe I would've won the overall and not "just" the rookie manager award. But, I'll digress.

This wouldn't have been possible without the continuous support of the Broadlands community. For that, I wholeheartedly thank you. We try our best to be involved with any charitable cause or with fundraising as a way to pay back the community. PM me or stop by the store if there is any event that you would like a hand with.

I am proudly displaying the plaque I received, at the awards show, in our lobby. My goal is to win overall the next time around... I know that won't be possible unless we maintain our level of service which is unparalleled in our area or most areas nationwide.

    Thank you again,

    Justin Fiallo

Are you from NY or Chicago where they have "real" pizza. Yes there are gourmet pizza places around in the area and they are also good but there is also a huge price gap.

I guess you can't please them all. Keep up the great work Justin!

Thanks guys. Yeah, it's hard to please everyone. I just try to stick to my core beliefs of product, service, image with service being my passion.

Speaking of specials... There's a national weeklong promotion starting on Monday, July 14th. We are preparing for a weeklong Super Bowl. Online only at www.dominos.com

    Congrats on your win!!!

Was one if your drivers injured in a car accident on Claiborne a few weeks ago? I came across an accident with a Dominos driver (not his fault- he was hit by a teenage driver) and was hoping he was okay.

    Thank you!

I hadn't heard anything about an accident. It may have been a driver from the Junction Plaza location. Thank you for your concern.

Congratulations and thanks for sharing your accomplishment on the forum. It's nice to hear positive news.

I have to tell you that we ordered Dominos a few weeks ago after not having it for several months and were blown away by how good it was. We were not sure what had changed but I guess you coming to the store must have made a positive impact. Keep up the great work!

Everett, seriously, that was incredibly rude! Why you found the need to put that comment on this thread is beyond me.

I'm not sure if it happened to you yet, but I was almost struck by a domino's delivery driver speeding around the corner from the back of dominos. I went inside and didn't say anything until after the customer left. I asked for the manager on duty and he was too occupied to come to the counter. then when I said what had happened, he didn't even come to the counter. only other worker asking when it had happened. our experience are that they speed around the back corner towards the stop sign between walgreens and the medical office like it's their private racetrack. they need to slow down and watch out for oncoming traffic!
