Does anyone know if everyone in the Southern Walk HOA pays the same assessment for subscription to OpenBand?

I moved here recently and had both Comcast XFinity and FIOS. I was happy with neither. Both had customer service that was sub-par and Comcast's reliability was especially poor. Both companies used teaser rates that got me a two year deal, but after two years, the rates went up substantially-- to the point that when I compare what I spend on my Southern Walk HOA dues against the "market subscription rate" of both other providers, I am not overly unhappy with what I get with OpenBand.

I can see though how some people want a choice in the matter.

All broadlands subscribers pay the same rate schedule for ob. Not sure about the apartments...

The north part of broadlands does not have openband at all

The Broadlands Apartments are now on Verizon FIOS. There is a basic tier that provides a subset of TV channels + internet access for a given price per month, that is administered as part of the rental payment. Additional channel tiers (and higher speed internet) are then available separately through Verizon. The basic tier is substantially better than what OpenBand was providing to the Apartments.
