Just wanted to echo @KTdid. We had Looneys clean and re-grout four of our bathrooms. They did an okay job, but a few small issues that will be addressed when we re-tile our bathrooms in a few years. I wouldn't recommend them, but manage your expectations if you use them.

We had an extremely horrible experience with Looneys. When we were getting our TH ready to sell, we brought them in to redo the tile in one of our bathrooms. The house was empty since we had already moved to our single-family home, so they were able to come in and work during the day and we would drop by each day to monitor progress. When they were done, we looked at their work and it looked very good, until we turned on the water. Water sprayed everywhere from the faucet, including behind the wall, where it proceeded to leak into the livingroom area below and cause water stains on the ceiling and wall. When we called them to have them fix their mess, they actually blamed US and told us our faucet and spigot were bad. When we told them that everything was working fine prior to their work, they continued to blame us and said they would be glad to repair the work if we paid them to fix it. When we told our realtor what had happened, she was livid and talked to the owner who finally agreed to fix the issue at their cost. I guess they were more concerned about losing more work/referrals from a realtor than a customer. Needless to say, we have put them on our "Do not use" list and have told any friends asking about them about our experience. I'm sure many folks had good experiences using them, but for us, it was a nightmare and they will never see another penny from us.
