    Folks,

Please help. We have a very friendly, grey cat, with a grey and black striped tail that seems to have made friends with our "indoor" cat. They "talk" through the windows. I have seen this grey cat out a couple of times in pretty cold weather and wanted to alert anyone/someone/the owner that this is happening.

If you, a friend, or the owner sees this, please know that your adorable cat was trying to get into our house. I could not let him/her in as we have a cat of our own and couldn't take the chance that something was amiss.

Please feel free to repost and broadly distribute this message!

    I live on Sundance Sq.

    :)

So you let the cat freeze outside?

Wow, Mike. That's exactly what I did! My thought was to terrorize my beautiful daughter with a frozen cat. You know...maybe defrost it under her pillow so she can be scarred for life. Actually before posting on the forums, I personally contacted two local veterinarians for suggestions and the Loudoun County Animal Shelter to file a report and ask the experts what to do. Ironically, all three places told me to put my child's mind at ease as evidently cats are highly resourceful animals that routinely survive temperatures below freezing and veterinarians and the shelter staff don't get terribly concerned until the temperature reaches zero (it got to a low of 25 that night). So...after posting some photos around the neighborhood and the Safeway shopping center, I decided to alert my neighbors and ask for some help in determining if this cat was indeed missing. Imagine my surprise when my daughter and I checked the forum last night only to find your sarcastic and truly brainless reply. Do me a favor Mike; actually do us all a favor. If you're not going to be a part of the solution, get off the forums. You clearly have nothing to offer.

I guess the truth hurts some people. You're probably a resident who never puts a lid on their trash can and expects others to pick up your garbage. I know your type very well.
