Does anyone know where I can find a replacement for our post light? One of the glass panes is cracked and does not appear to be replaceable. Looking to replace entire lamp post lantern.

    Thanks!

I found one at Home Depot off Shellhorn. It's not the exact same as the original, but it's black and works great, and I've seen it on other houses.

I searched the internet and found an exact match because, at that time, my porch lamp (which I'm told is supposed to match the lamp post) did not need replacing. Take a picture and do a search - you may find one similar.

I was told by my electrician (who I think is pretty good) that there is one design that is approved as a replacement for the original fixtures without going through modifications - those are available at home depot. I'm not sure the exact name or model number but I'm willing to bet if you go the HD the guys in the lighting area will know

FYI I've called the Van Metre design center, the lights are manufactured by Progress, sold by Capitol Lighting, but appears the original 3-light, 6 panel pole lamp is no longer available. Would seem to save both the Broadlands modifications committee and homeowners a lot of time if they offered a locally available, pre-approved option for these types of situations when an original replacement is no longer available.
