What type of competition will be there? Will there be room for the "average Joe" tennis player?

but also the game has an aura of elitism- like 'you aren't good enough to play in my group'...

Getting an environment set up here to encourage us aging folks in a social but yet healthy environment would be something we really need here.

 

There will be fun competitions for all ages and skill levels! For example, hitting the target or playing out points against the pro. It's really a low key event to kick off the tennis season and meet some of your tennis community members. No pressure, come on out and have some fun!

 

I've heard a lot of great things about Pickleball and it is definitely gaining popularity at a rapid pace. I've hit around with the paddles and ball it and seems like a lot of fun. If there is enough interest perhaps we can get something going here as well. Thank you for the input!
