Handyman for small job

    Does anyone have a recommendation for a handy man that will do really small jobs (recaulking the bathroom tile, minor wood repairs, etc). I called Mike Rosario based on the great reviews but he quoted me some really high prices leading me to believe he doesn't want the really small jobs.
