There's a brown and white dog running loose in the woods behind Summerhouse Pl. He/She took off before I could get a picture but he was playing with our dog in the yard and took off when I went out (jumped 2 fences).

Older thread, but a dog with a similar description just was in our backyard (Marsh Creek). It also jumped several fences and ran off. Did you ever find out who it belonged to? It was yelping a bit and seemed stressed.

No, I never heard from anyone but definitely sounds like the same dog. It wasn't cleanly jumping the fences and was probably getting scrapped up getting over them.

Just curious - what time of day is the dog spotted?

It was around 8 or 9pm when we saw him/her.

Harvest Green Te had a similar color dog running loose. It was always spotted at the crack of dawn or just after dusk and later. We surmised the owner was letting the dog out before he/she left for work and again at night, to avert detection. At some point Animal Control cruised our street and someone mentioned this dog and where the owner lives. They spoke to the owner (may have recently moved), because no one has seen this dog since. Did anyone take a picture?
