All of a sudden not getting video on my home theater setup, but I do get audio. Swapped HDMI ports, reseated all of the cables, even switched the OB cable box. Not sure if it is a simple fix, the wife reported the problem to me. Maybe she simply selected something, but I cannot for the life of me figure it out. Does the TV need to be on a specific channel still? Any thoughts?

Because you have audio... clearly that suggests that the correct input is selected on the TV and on the right channel. Did you try and connect the cable box with a different video connection other than HDMI? Maybe try component or composite if that is an option? Just thinking that you need to confirm the TV can display video. Since you tried another cable box you should also try another video course to confirm the TV can display an image....
