    Hello,

    By now all owners should have received the Annual Meeting notice that was mailed out. If we have your e-mail on file, you also should have received an e-mail from Vote Now (check your spam folders), to either vote or fill out a proxy. It is very important that we obtain proxies so that the association meets quorum and can hold the annual meeting. If you're an owner and you did not receive the e-mail from Vote Now, please contact management at katie.halfhill@fsresidential.com. **Please note that one e-mail per household was used for Vote Now**

    As a reminder, the Annual Meeting will be October 29, 2018 at 7PM at the Broadlands Community Center, located at 43004 Waxpool Road in Ashburn, Virginia.

    Was disappointing to get a letter that included ballots with a postage paid envelope after I voted online. Is there a way to opt out of the paper ballots so we don't waste the postage on mailing the ballots and the included postage paid return envelope?
