Well, looks like the outdoor fixtures need to be replaced, does anyone know where these can be purchased? They are on a Van Meter Spruce home built in 2003.

Ours was built in 03 as well and don't look anything like that. Looks like those have been replaced before. IMG_20190923_195827.jpg

Sometimes debris can get in the sockets and short the light. You might try cleaning/vacuuming them out really well before you replace them. They are pretty!

I had to replace mine recently and I wasn't able to find the same kind anywhere. If you don't replace with the same kind you are supposed to get approval from the HOA and I believe that all of the exterior lights would need to match so repairing what you have now would be easiest.

Make sure your GFI outlet hasn't been tripped.

My neighbor hired two electricians over the course of 2 years trying to determine why their light fixture was out. Turns out their GFCI was located in the garage on the wall where they had a five foot tall wall of boxes covering it. Mine is in the basement adjacent to the water heater and I never would have found it if not for the building inspector pointing it out. I immediately labeled it so I wouldn't forget.
