Luck Stone hiring- Customer Service

Luck Stone, Leesburg Plant located on Belmont Ridge Road is currently seeking a Customer Service and Dispatch Associate (COM D)
Ensure customer satisfaction by accurately fulfilling order requests, efficiently utilizing resources and communicating with team members, sales and operations. Effectively minimize costs, resolve issues, manage time, material and hauling resources. Add value to the customer experience by responding to demands using all available resources and providing options for customer success.

Qualified candidates will have high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of proven customer service exp, strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to utilize a computer and learn new software.
Hours 6:30am-4pm. Mon-Fri, some 1/2 day Saturdays as needed.
